Richmond CREW chapter names top 20 women

In conjunction with its 20th anniversary, the Richmond chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women has announced the Top 20 Women in Commercial Real Estate. Selections were based on significant contributions to the Richmond commercial real estate community and efforts to further CREW’s mission of advancing women in commercial real estate.
The Top 20 were honored at a cocktail reception and awards presentation at the Miller & Rhoads Hilton Garden Inn in Richmond on Feb. 18th.

2003 ACORN Awards

Margaret Freund of Fulton Hill Properties received the Andrew Asch Historic Developer Award for her part in converting two warehouses into office and restaurant space at 15th and Cary streets.
The preservation awards are presented annually by The Alliance to Conserve Old Richmond Neighborhoods (ACORN).
