Fulton Hill Properties takes adaptive reuse beyond simply repurposing and renovation. We select properties based on the structural soundness of the building, its location in the city, and the value of restoration within the context of the neighborhood. We salvage materials during the demolition process and reintegrate those materials in the interior buildouts keeping the building’s character intact.
