Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for coverage under our group health insurance plan after a sixty day period, with 90% of the cost paid by Fulton Hill Properties. Employees have the option to extend coverage to their dependents and spouse at their own expense.

Annual Leave

All employees have ten days of earned annual leave, which may be used in one hour increments. Any unused leave is compensated at 1/2 the salary rate at the end of the year.

Holidays

Seven paid holidays are provided – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. The Company observes 1/2 days on New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, and the Day before Thanksgiving.

Reviews

Salary review will be conducted annually and performance reviews will be semi-annual. An initial review will be conducted after ninety days of employment.

Employees are eligible to participate in the company 401(k) plan after 60 days employment.
